Do I need to be in good shape before starting?

No way, come as you are! Getting started here right away allows more time to develop safety, technique, and make more friends!

I have a past injury and/or heard CrossFit can cause a lot of injuries, so I'm nervous about joining. Is it true?

A big thing our coaching staff here at Maniac pride ourselves on is helping individuals specify workouts based on injuries or limitations.

When you get started, we’ll make sure you take it slow and steady.

We’ve also got an in-house physical therapist, so any time you do have an ache or pain, or you just want some help overcoming an old injury, we can help there too!

What is the average age of people at Maniac?

We have all walks of life involved here at Maniac. From high school seniors to grandparents! Every single workout here can be tweaked to be perfect for anyone.

How often should I be attending classes to see results?

We love three times per week as a great baseline. Of course, everyone has different goals, which is why we start your new membership with our Maniac Six.

This will give you an opportunity to tell us your goals, likes, and dislikes. From there, we’ll be able to place you in the right setting so that you see the progress you’re looking for.
