Over the years, Tim has participated in basketball, volleyball, golf and most recently, weightlifting. “I was focused on body building and was pretty strong but I hated cardio. I couldn’t stand being on a treadmill or elliptical for an hour. So, I tried CrossFit and realized I could still lift weights, get my heart rate up, and still sweat like crazy.” Tim has always enjoyed training people, which made him a perfect candidate to join the Maniac CrossFit family. As a coach, he specializes in power lifting. Squats, bench presses, and deadlifts are his exercises of choice.
